6th gen Zl1 80-90 wheel gain power package

Description

To make things easy for the diy person we have built parts packages that we use on cars we do here every day. These are proven quality parts that we have validated from years of use and racing. Take the guesswork out of what are the best parts I can use and what do the pro’s use along with knowing you are getting them from a reputable place!

 

This setup uses the power of ethanol to make substantial gains over stock! We typically see 80-90 wheel gains on a vehicle that the intercooler system is bled right from GM. You will see a great deal more if you fall in the window of those that were not bled correctly. This setup will allow you to run up to 50% ethanol (once tuned) you will be able to switch from pump gas to any blend between pump and E50 without fear. The package will also have a great increase in exhaust volume (but still quiet in closed mode)

Parts included in this package.

 

• Roto-fab big gulp with stock throttle body adapter.
• CPR Zl1/V3 supercharger fluid expansion tank- makes sure the intercooler system doesn’t shut off due to an air pocket (can be upgraded to 2.5 gallon bumper tank)
• DSX flex fuel kit
• Aeroforce gauge & pod to monitor ethanol percentage (gauge will come as pictured in terms of look)
• Kooks 1 7/8 headers with connection pipe
• NGK 6510 spark plugs
• New OEM GM plug wires
• OEM GM exhaust manifold gaskets
